This role will have two components – expansion and innovation of Healthbridge offerings in the Switching segments as well as a drive, through the use of technology, for more competitive cost to serve products and offerings.
To develop and lead digital training strategies, tools and policies for Healthbridge clients, such that they can quickly and effectively use products and services, to obtain maximum value for their practice. To create an environment where ‘bridgians are constantly learning and growing.

This is achieved through the process of testing POC value offerings with the market, through various value trials. This testing will include; demonstrating the initial value offering, analysing client usage, eliciting on going feedback from clients and proposing recommendation to improve proposed value offering. Incorporate UX and behaviour design principles into proposed value offering solutions. Adopt an agile and iterative approach to getting things done.
